Who/what is Getaway Travelers, LLC?

Getaway Travelers, LLC is built on a foundation of honesty and integrity allowing us to arrange unique travel experiences for our clientele.

What are your hours of operation?

You can reach us by phone Monday – Thursday from 10:00AM EST to 6:00PM EST; Friday & Saturday by appointment only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We generally accept online payments through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover).

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds, nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to read our Terms and Conditions before a reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Do I have to make a payment every month?

Our platform is built to set our customers on a scheduled payment plan when you book a trip with us. You should make every effort to make a payment every due date. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

What happens if I make my payments, but my roommate fails to pay?

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Can I make reservations on an event after the payments have begun?

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

Do you provide roommate matching assistance?

No, we do not provide roommate matching. However, through our private Facebook group, created for each group trip, you can post a comment when seeking a roommate.

We leave this solely up to the travelers to use their discretion and perform their own due diligence.

When will I receive the itinerary for the trip?

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.
